Our telecommunications practice group is comprised of industry experts who have counseled domestic and international clients in all kinds of communications and telecommunications areas such as local, long distance and wireless telephony, satellite communications, television and radio broadcasting, cable television, restricted audio, DTH, MMDS, VOIP, IPTV, data transmission and value added services. Additionally, the members of our telecommunications practice group have advised domestic and international clients in obtaining different types of concessions, reseller permits and value added service registrations, aside from providing them with on-going legal counsel in all commercial and regulatory aspects of their business.

Likewise, our telecommunications practice group has advised domestic and international clients in the negotiation and drafting of domestic and international interconnection agreements, infrastructure and equipment sale/purchase/financing agreements, IRU and resale agreements, as well as in transactions involving the acquisition of equity participation in telecommunications companies and the entering of strategic alliances between domestic and international telecommunications companies.
